สามารถคืนหรือเปลี่ยนสินค้าได้เฉพาะกรณีที่: ได้รับสินค้าผิดแบบ หรือมีตำหนิจากความผิดพลาดของร้าน แจ้งภายใน 5 วัน และสินค้าต้องอยู่ในสภาพเดิม ไม่ผ่านการใช้งาน/ซัก
ไม่สามารถคืนหรือเปลี่ยนได้ในกรณี: สินค้าโปรโมชั่น, Pre-order, หรือเปลี่ยนเป็นรุ่นอื่น (ยกเว้นสินค้าหมด)
การจัดส่ง: จัดส่ง EMS ภายใน 1–3 วันทำการ
หากพัสดุตีกลับ ลูกค้ารับผิดชอบค่าจัดส่งใหม่
Refund & Exchange Policy
Refunds or exchanges are accepted if: You received the wrong item or a defective product. You notify us within 5 days of delivery and the item remains unused with original tags
Returns/exchanges are not accepted if: The product was on sale, part of a promotion, or is a pre-order
You want to switch to another item/model (unless original is out of stock)
Shipping: Orders shipped via EMS within 1–3 business days
If the parcel is returned due to failed delivery, the buyer is responsible for re-shipping costs
